8. Iltis 1986 Bombardier Jeep Ambulance

Built under license from Volkswagen, Iltis Bombardier was built in Canada for Canadian and Belgian military forces. Altogether, some 5,000 were built and are still in service in Belgium. Canada has replaced their Iltis with Mercedes G-Wagen. As an outdoor vehicle, Iltis has its merits, although why would anyone need to buy a jeep ambulance as a private citizen is somewhat confusing.
