Formula 1 drivers don’t go around driving their Formula 1 cars on the streets, despite what Sylvester Stallone would have us believed. They need road cars just like everybody else, but some make more peculiar choices than other when it comes to choosing a road legal ride.
We already watched 12 races in 2018, and with nine to go, we have plenty of speculations about some drivers that might change teams. One that currently attracts the most attention is the status of Kimi Raikkonen in Ferrari and will he stay on board for 2019.
It isn’t strange to see car racers trying out their luck on bikes or vice versa. These are the people who, in their quest for speed, drive or ride anything, regardless of the number of wheels it got.
