Luca di Montezemolo
President
Luca di Montezemolo first arrived at Scuderia Ferrari in 1973 as an assistant to Enzo Ferrari. He became Team Manager in 1974, and quickly advanced to take charge of all the FIAT group's racing activities. He became President of Ferrari in 1991. Beyond his motor racing activities he has been the Managing Director of Cinzano and served on the organizing committee of the 1990 World Cup.
Stefano Domenicali
Team Principal
Born in Imola, within earshot of the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari, Stefano Domenicali was determined to pursue a career in motorsport. He joined Ferrari straight after graduating from Bologna University with a degree in Business Administration in 1991. He moved to Scuderia Ferrari in 1993 as an administrator and rose through the ranks to become the Sporting Director in 2003. He took over the key role of team principal in 2008.
Aldo Costa
Technical Director
Aldo Costa studied mechanical engineering at Bologna University and graduated in 1987. In 1988 he began working for the Minardi Formula 1™ team, gradually moving from a hands-on role as a structural engineer to taking charge of the entire design process. He became the Technical Director in 1991. Costa joined Ferrari in 1995, initially working on the GT version of the F50 car. The next year he moved to the chassis department of the Scuderia and became the Chief Designer in 2004. He took on the role of Technical Director, with overall responsibility for the F1&trade car, in 2008.
Chris Dyer
Head of Race Engineers
Chris Dyer began his motorsport career in his native Australia, working as a race engineer in V8 Supercars for the legendary Peter Brock. He moved to the UK in 1997 to work for the TWR Arrows F1&trade team, acting as a data engineer for World Champion Damon Hill. In 2001 he joined Scuderia Ferrari as a vehicle engineer for Michael Schumacher, and became Schumacher's race engineer in 2003. After Schumacher's retirement Dyer worked with Kimi Raikkonen until he was promoted to his present role at the beginning of 2009.
Luca Marmorini
Engine and Electronics Director
Nicknamed "The Brain" during his ten years in charge of the Toyota Formula 1&trade team's engine department, Luca Marmorini graduated in Engineering from Pisa University in 1986. He completed his Doctorate in 1990 and started work in the engine department of Scuderia Ferrari. In 1999 he moved to Cologne to work on the Toyota F1&trade project. He rejoined Scuderia Ferrari in his present role at the end of 2009.
